Cancellation Policy
Your treatments are reserved especially for you. I value your business and ask that you respect my scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. Please leave enough time to arrive at your appointment on time.
Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of your scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointment without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service. If you book a service the day of and you cancel or no show, you will be charged in full. If you are late I reserve the right to cut your service, you will be charged for the service you booked not the cut service. If you are more than 15 mins late and I do not have time to perform the service, you will be charged in full.
I require a deposit on all advanced services, microneedling, microdermabrasion, chemical peels and lash extensions. Any deposits on cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment is non-refundable.
All no shows will be charged for the total service amount.
When you schedule an appointment with me, you are agreeing to these policies. It is the clients responsibility to read my policies, pre care, post care, contraindications and disclaimers. It is the clients responsibility to read all appointment reminders.
